We may collect contact details you send us (name, email, phone, event details), order and pickup information when you order through DiningHaul, and basic technical data such as browser type and pages viewed. Payment card data for online orders is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We use information to respond to inquiries, fulfill catering and food orders, improve our websites and truck operations, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting on Cloudflare and payment processing via Stripe) only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
